Twenty years ago, Emery Morgan said goodbye to her fiancé Hayden Bryant at his graveside; their future cut short by his death in the Gulf War. She has kept a vigil in her heart for Hayden’s memory while she’s filled her life with running a farm and serving the local Franklin, Tennessee community.

I am not a huge fan of reading because I was made to in school, so reading just for fun was out of the question. Since I have gotten out of school and a little older I have found that I enjoy reading autobiographies because they are real I can look up their picture and follow their life and where they are now.With this book I wanted to be supportive of the author and the time she spent mastering one of her passions so i read the first two chapters through the "sneak peek" on Amazon only to find myself wanting more. So I downloaded the app on my iphone and purchase the book. To my surprise I could not put the book down. I felt as though I was right there in the book with them watching it all unfold, I felt as though I need to stop for just a second to Google what they looked like in real life. I found myself laughing, tearing up, and wanting to slap someone. I have never had a book that has hit me with all emotions before, it was like I was reading and watching a movie at the same time.
It gives hope to those that that have lost it and joy to those who have found hope. A MUST read for anyone who likes a little love story of hope and determination. I have found myself wanting more, where are they now, what are they doing...read and you will feel the same way!

I enjoyed this book because I found the characters endearing people of faith and integrity. I could picture myself in the setting. I was sorry when the story ended and look forward to more of Brandi's work!
Relationships make us, break us, scare us, challenge us, and restore us all over again. Such is the story Brandi Hudson unfolds in rural Tennessee by people who feel deeply, love sincerely, and believe unceasingly. A very nice read. Find a quiet spot and enjoy....

I want this author to write a series! So, I can read what happens next. Because her character development is amazing, which makes me fall in love with all of them and I want to know what they are doing next.

Brandi is a new Christian author with a heart for pure romance - in the Godliest way. A quick read and an intriguing plot twist!
Ms. Hudson is blessed with a wonderful talent with words. The story's plot is very interesting and has a way of drawing the reader in, but it is the inclusion of her characters' faith that truly brings the story together and allows the reader some of their own introspection in the process of being entertained with her characters and the unfolding events. There are a few very surprising plot twists that add intrigue and really peak the reader's interest as her characters are forced to wrestle with some very difficult issues. Job well done on the author's first novel.
